I feel very privileged and proud to be the headteacher of Northway Infant School and I love coming to our wonderful school every day to see what learning is going to take place. All the children are the heartbeat of our school and watching them learn, grow and SHINE makes being a teacher the best job in the world!
When I am not in school, I love spending time with my family and walking my two dogs, Enzo and Kingsley. You might find me playing tennis or even paddleboarding on the rivers around Tewkesbury!

Hello! I am Mr Williams and I'm thrilled to be joining the Northway Infant School team as your Deputy Headteacher. I teach in Reception which is an absolute privilege, as I get to help the children at the very beginning of their journey in school.
When I'm not in Red Class, you'll probably find me either singing down the corridor or playing the piano in the hall. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, running, swimming and reading. I love to read lots of different types of books; The Detective Dog by Julia Donaldson is one we always read in our house, but my all-time favourite books have to be Harry Potter!
Mrs Tessa Jackson

Inclusion
I believe that all children should have the support that they need to SHINE. Some children find it harder to learn than other children their age. It is my job to help the teachers to make sure that these pupils get the extra support that they need. I enjoy working with different professionals, inside and outside of school, to build a team around a child and help them to be the best that they can be.
In my spare time I love walking my dog Mabel and spending time exploring the outdoors with my two young children

Hello, I’m Mrs Gibson, I love teaching and take pride in sparking children’s curiosity, encouraging them to explore, discover and ask questions about the world around them.
It is such a privilege to work with children at the beginning of their journey of learning and discovery and I strongly believe that fostering a love of learning in the early years creates the best foundations to build upon. Whilst in the middle of spreadsheets and calculations I am often tempted to join in with a tuneful ditty being sang out from the corridor.
